- Quotations and Booking
- Instant Quotes: Estimates generated via our online quote calculator are based on the details provided by the customer (e.g., square footage, number of rooms, specific cleaning tier).
- Price Adjustments: If upon arrival the physical condition of the property substantially differs from the details provided during booking (e.g., extreme clutter, biohazards, unlisted square footage, or post-construction debris), Right Touch Cleaning Services reserves the right to adjust the final pricing or re-quote the service prior to commencing work.
- Confirmations: Bookings are confirmed once processed through our scheduling system and acknowledged by our administrative team.
- Access and Utilities
- Property Access: Clients must ensure that our cleaning professionals have clear, unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the home or facility, a lockout or late-cancellation fee may apply.
- Utilities: Properties must have functioned electricity and running hot water to enable our teams to perform their cleaning duties effectively.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or instances where our cleaners are turned away at the door, may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a portion of the scheduled service rate.
- Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints
- Quality Standard: We take immense pride in our work. If you are not completely satisfied with any area cleaned, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completed service.
- Re-cleaning Policy: Upon notification within the specified window, Right Touch Cleaning Services will send a team member back to re-clean the disputed area at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds for completed cleaning services.
- Liability and Breakage
- Insurance & Care: Our cleaning professionals exercise the utmost care while working in your home or facility. However, accidents can occasionally happen.
- Reporting Damage: Any damage or breakage caused by our team must be reported to our office within 24 hours of service completion.
- Exclusions: Right Touch Cleaning Services is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear, improperly secured items (e.g., unstable wall hangings, loose fixtures), or delicate items of high sentimental value that were not pointed out or secured prior to the clean.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, Right Touch Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services or website usage.
- Privacy and Data Security
Your use of our website and booking system is also governed by our commitment to data privacy. We collect only the necessary contact, location, and billing details required to dispatch our cleaning teams and communicate with you effectively. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
- Changes to Terms
Right Touch Cleaning Services reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
